Ingredients A: 
 

1 packet CI Pork Meat Ball, I packet Enokitake mushroom, 50g fish maw, 5 baby – corn, 50g carrot, 100g broccoli

  Ingredients B: 
 

600ml broth, 6 mushrooms, 2tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp shao shing wine, salt and pepper to taste, windmill flour solution

  Method: 
 

1. Bring ingredient B to the boil, add in all the ingredients A to cook.

2. Stir in flour solution, remove and serve hot.

   
   

  Ingredients A: 
 

10 CI Pork Sausage Slice, 10 nori( same size as sausage slice), 10tsp cooked salted egg yolk

  Ingredients B: 
 

200g fish paste, salt and pepper to taste, 2tbsp spring onion

  Method: 
 

1.Brush a layer of ingredients B on sausage slice, put a slice of nori on top and brush on a layer of ingredients B again.

2.Sprinkle top with a tsp of salted egg yolk and roll up.

3.Put 2tbsp oil in pan, add in rolls and pan fry on medium heat until cooked.

4.Remove and cut into 2 pieces, serve hot.

   
   

  Ingredients A: 
 

1.5 liter broth, 1 dried scallop, 2 eggs (beaten ), windmill flour solution

  Ingredients B: 
 

1 packet CI Heart to Heart Meat Ball, 6 big prawns, salt and pepper to taste, 1tsp sesame oil 

  Ingredients C: 
 

50g Chinese cabbage, 50g mushroom, 50g bamboo mushroom, 30g carrot 

  Method: 
 

1.Put dried scallop into broth to cook until tender, add in ingredients C to cook.

2.Add in ingredients B and stir in flour solution, stir in eggs. Remove and serve hot.

做法
-先把材料A做成薄皮,然后把材料B包在里边,做成球状。
-在把做好的球状沾上材料C;先沾上脆皮粉,后沾蛋,在沾火腿细条。
-最后用炸油机把它炸至金红包,便可上桌食用了。
