1 packet CI Pork Meat Ball, I packet Enokitake mushroom, 50g fish maw, 5 baby – corn, 50g carrot, 100g broccoli |

Ingredients B: |

600ml broth, 6 mushrooms, 2tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp shao shing wine, salt and pepper to taste, windmill flour solution

Method: |

1. Bring ingredient B to the boil, add in all the ingredients A to cook.
2. Stir in flour solution, remove and serve hot. |
