CI uses the latest -20°C cold room technology from Europe to ensure freshness of the raw meat and zero bacteria contamination. The entire processing of the raw meat to finished products is automated to avoid human contact, reducing the risk of contamination during the process.
We spent millions in our imported automated cooking oven and freezer (bring the finished products to -20°C and below within 30 minutes) to maintain freshness and quality. All of our products are subject to strict controls for hygienic and safety purposes in accordance with international standards. Lastly, the products are scanned for heavy metal contamination before they are sent to the -20°C cold room for storage.
